Study on Expert System Inference Analysis Control Strategy of Casting Defects in Aluminum Castings

铝铸件缺陷分析专家系统(ACDAES)归纳总结了国内外铸造缺陷分析专家系统的研究成果,整理出铝铸件缺陷信息,并建立了完善的知识库,采用正反向混合推理方式,以确定性理论解决不确定性问题,提出了独特的置信度计算方法。AC-DAES高效结合了铸造专家总结的相关经验,可以快速找到缺陷症结所在,消除缺陷,提高工作效率和铸造质量。

Aluminum casting defect analysis expert system （ACDAES） summarizes the expert system of casting research results at home and abroad, organize a collection of detailed information of the aluminum casting defects and establish a reasonable knowledge pool. Technology of hybrid inference with positive and negative is applied in ACDAES. The problem of uncertainty is solved with certainty theory and a unique method of confidence calculation is studied. ACDAES which contained lots of experience of foundry experts can quickly find the root of defects, eliminate defects and improve the efficiency and casting quality.
