摘要
通过对射孔弹粉末药型罩制备实验进行设计和分析,得出药型罩中材料成分配比、烧结温度、球磨时间,以及成型压强等数据对聚能射流的影响。利用灰色关联度矩阵推导出药型罩制备工艺的参数,实验证明该方法可提高效率,节约成本,同时缩短了实验的周期。
The proportion of material components, sintering temperature, ball milling time and molding pressure data were obtained by designing and analyzing the preparation experiment of perforator power liner, and the parameters of manufacturing process were deduced by grey relevancy matrix. It is proved that this method can improve efficiency, save cost and shorten experiment cycle.
