摘要
带钢变形机理十分复杂,为获取最佳拉矫工艺参数,以两弯一矫拉伸弯曲矫直机为研究对象,采用LS-DYNA有限元动态仿真软件,模拟带钢矫直过程。根据拉伸弯曲矫直原理,计算矫直某典型缺陷带钢所需的伸长率,分析拉矫仿真结果得出延伸率、张力和啮合量对矫直效果的影响规律。其结果能有效地为生产实践提供参考。
The deformation mechanism of the steel strip is very complicated. In order to gain the technical parameters for the best effect of tension leveling, taking the tension leveler as research object, the process of tension leveling was simulated by LS-DYNA with explicit dynamic finite element method. The elongation needed for the steel strip with typical defects was calculated according to the straightening principle, the influence rules of the tension and the intermesh on tension leveling were obtained. The result can provid a reference for practical process.
