摘要
作为企业知识流程外包(KPO)组成部分的设计外包一直是国外管理学及设计学研究的重要内容,而中国在这方面的研究却很缺乏。设计外包项目成功的四个关键要素即企业的规模、是否有内部设计、内部设计在项目中的角色、设计定义的细致程度。成功的设计外包项目模式可以用决策树的方式进行表述,该模式由3个主要因素来决定,依次为内部设计组织、项目负责人、设计定义。
Design outsourcing,which is a critical part of knowledge process outsourcing(KPO),is a main topic of research in management and design discipline.However,its study is scarce in China.The four key elements of the success project design outsourcing are the size of the enterprise,whether there is internal design,the role of interior design in the project and the meticulous degree of design project.Successful design outsourcing project model can be expressed by the decision tree,this mode is decided by three main factors,which are internal design organization,project director and design definition in turn.
