摘要
随着贸易项下人民币结算的快速推进和不断完善,推进人民币资本项目跨境交易也应尽快提上日程。本文分析了人民币资本项目跨境交易的基本类型,探讨了我国开放人民币资本项目跨境交易的总体方案设计,剖析了开放人民币资本项目跨境交易中存在的问题,在此基础上对近中期推进人民币资本项下业务开展提出了对策建议。
With the rapid advancement and continuous improvement of RMB cross-border settlement in cun＇ent account, RMB cross-border trade in capital account should also be put on the agenda as soon as possible. The article analyzes the essential types of RMB cross-border trade in capital account, discusses the schematic design in the opening of RMB cross-border trade in capital account, dissects problems involved in this process, and finally proposes policy suggestions on advancing RMB cross-border businesses in capital account in the short and medium terms.
