非衍生-气相色谱-串联质谱法测定乳制品中三聚氰胺

Determination of Melamine in Dairy Products by Non-derivative GC-MS/MS

应用气相色谱-串联质谱仪(GC-MS/MS),建立了乳制品中三聚氰胺的非衍生检测方法。样品采用乙腈-水溶液提取,经MCX固相萃取柱进行净化和富集后,用GC-MS/MS检测,多反应监测(MRM)模式下进行定性、定量分析。结果表明:三聚氰胺在0～10mg/kg的线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,方法检出限(LOD)为0.005mg/kg,三聚氰胺的平均回收率在88.7%～100.6%之间,相对标准偏差在2.7%～8.6%之间。本方法可用于乳制品中三聚氰胺含量的测定。

A Method for the determination of melamine with non-derivative GC-MS/MS in dairy prod ucts is introduced. The sample is extracted with acetonitrile water solution, cleaned up with MCX col umn and then determined by GC-MS/MS using multiple reaction monitoring （MRM） scan mode. The results show that the working curve is linear in the range of 0-10 mg/kg. The limit of detection （IX）D） of melamine is 0. 005 mg/kg. Extraction recoveries for melamine range from 88.7% -- 100.6% and RSD is between 2.7%-8.6%. The method is suitable for the determination of melamine in clair y products.
