推进电子政务建设刍议

Proposal of promoting the construction of E-government

根据我国国情和自身发展情况,本文提出电子政务建设应以电子为手段,以政务为主体,并把服务作为核心职能,进而形成有中国特色的电子政务。

According to the condition and the development, the paper shows that we should promote＇ the construction of E-government by electronic means, government affairs oriented and regarding the service as core function,in order to build E-government with Chinese characteristics.
