景天三七对阿司匹林大鼠血小板及凝血功能影响的实验研究

The Influence of Jingtiansanqi on Platelet and Coagulation Function in Rat treated with Aspirin

探讨景天三七对阿司匹林大鼠血小板及凝血功能的调节作用。以阿司匹林按3mg/Kg给大鼠灌胃制备大鼠模型,景天三七生药2mg/Kg灌胃治疗14天。分别于7天、14天后,采大鼠静脉血,测血小板聚集率、PLT、PT、APTT、TT及Fg水平。结果表明:经阿司匹林处理后,大鼠血小板数量、聚集功能显著降低(P<0.01)。而景天三七治疗后的治疗组,和模型对照组比较,血小板数量、聚集功能上升(P<0.01),TT于治疗7天后明显缩短(P<0.05);14天后,和模型对照组比较,血小板数量、聚集功能上升(P<0.05),TT明显缩短(P<0.05),而APTT于治疗7天、14天后明显比模型组缩短(P<0.05),FIB随着治疗时间延长,也明显增多(P<0.05),血小板数量也明显回升(P<0.01)。而血小板最大聚集率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。景天三七通过提高血小板数量和聚集能力,达到止血作用。

To explore the regulation effect of jingtiansanqi on platelet and blood coagulation in rat treated with aspirin.The model rats were made by gavage given aspirin in 3mg/kg weight.The model rats were then given jingtiansanqi orally 2mg/Kg treatment for 14 days.The rats retinal venous blood were collected after 7 and 14 days.The platelet aggregation,PLT,PT,APTT,TT and Fg levels were measured.The results showed that the platelet number and aggregation in rats after aspirin treatment were significantly reduced（P〈0.01）.The platelet count and aggregation in rats after treat with jingtiansanqi started to increase（P〈0.05）,and TT was significantly shorter（P〈0.05）.The APTT in rats after 7 and 14 days treatment with jingtiansanqi was significantly shorter than that the controls（P〈0.05）.With prolonged treatment the FIB also significantly increased（P〈0.05）,platelet count was significantly recovered（P〈0.01）,but the maximum platelet aggregation rate was still significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）.The jingtiansanqi may improve platelet count and aggregation ability and achieve hemostasis effect.
