摘要
在常规的油茶芽苗砧嫁接育苗技术基础上,初步探索了油茶轻基质无纺布容器育苗技术。结果表明,采用轻基质无纺布容器育苗技术,一年生油茶嫁接成活率可达85.7%,苗木合格率可达到93.4%,其中Ⅰ级苗62.7%,Ⅱ级苗30.7%,当年可出圃。结合使用特定的育苗托盘,可有效减少育苗工序,降低育苗成本。该技术可操作性强、成活率及出圃率较高,是突破常规育苗,实现工厂化育苗的有效途径之一,可为推进油茶产业的发展提供科技支撑。
Based on the conventional technology of bud-root grafted for breeding Camellia oleifera,the light culture medium and non-woven fabric container technology was studied preliminary.The results indicated,while the new technology was adopted,the one-year grafted seedling' s survive rate attained 85.7%,and the eligibility rate was up to 93.4%,comprised the 62.7% of the I grade seedling and the 30.7% of the II grade seedling,and the seedlings could be use for forestation within a year.Associated with the special salver in the breeding item,some working procedures could be overleaped,which induced the seedling cost was reduced effectively.Based on the high maneuverability,survive rate and the productivity of the new technology,it would be the one of the effective method to break through the conventional breeding,achieve the seedling producing as the factory model,which could provide the technical support and promote the development of Camellia oleifera industry.
