逐瘀散结汤剂周期性口服治疗早期子宫腺肌病的临床观察

Clinical Research about Periodic Oral of Stasis Sanjie Decoction in Treatment of Early Adenomyosis

目的 观察逐瘀散结汤剂周期性口服治疗早期子宫腺肌病的临床疗效.方法随机抽取60例早期子宫腺肌病患者给予逐瘀散结汤剂周期性口服治疗,每日1剂,水煎早晚分服,3个月经周期为1个疗程,1,2个疗程后统计疗效.结果60例子宫腺肌病患者治疗后痛经程度、月经周期、经期及经量、子宫体积等观察指标与治疗前比较,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论逐瘀散结汤剂周期性口服治疗早期子宫腺肌病疗效确切.

Objective To observe clinical effeet aboul periodic oral of Stasis Sanjie Deeoelion in treatment of early adenomyosis. Methods Sixty patients with early adenomyosis were selected randomly,and lhen treated with eyelieal stasis Sanjie With the method of oral, cmce a clay,decoction in morning and eveting, three menstrual eyles tbr a course, statistical effect would been observed 1,2conrses after treal- ment. Conclusion Oral treatment of Cyclical Stasis Sanjie in early adenomyosis is efthctive.
