间苯三酚联合奥曲肽治疗伊立替康致重度迟发性腹泻的临床观察
摘要
目的 观察间苯三酚联合奥曲肽治疗伊立替康所致重度迟发性腹泻的疗效.方法回顾性分析2例间苯三酚联合奥曲肽治疗伊立替康所致重度迟发性腹泻,应用洛哌丁胺无效患者的病例.结果联合间苯三酚治疗24h后,2例患者的大便次数及性状均有恢复,36h后1例患者大便明显好转,48h后2例患者的大便性状和次数基本恢复正常.4d内2例患者的大便完全恢复正常.结论 对于伊立替康所致重度迟发性腹泻可尝试间笨三酚联合奥曲肽治疗,但其有效性及安全性仍需临床大样本进一步研究.
