微波辐射下磺化改性石油沥青催化合成2-叔丁基对甲基苯酚的研究

摘要 以磺化改性石油沥青作为一种新型、廉价高效且对环境友好的固体酸催化剂,在微波辐射下,以磺化改性石油沥青作为固体酸催化剂,催化合成2-叔丁基对甲基苯酚。考察了微波辐射时间、辐射功率、催化剂用量、酚醇摩尔比诸因素对产品收率的影响。优化了反应条件,并考察了催化剂的重复使用性。确定了最佳反应条件为t=15 min,Pm=500 W,n(醇)/n(酚)=1∶1=0.05 mol,催化剂用量为0.3 g,在此条件下,产品的收率达到81.5%。 Using sulfonated asphalt as a new,efficient,cheap and environmentally friendly solid acid catalyst,2-tertbutyl-p-cresol was synthesized under the microwave radiation.Effect of microwave radiation time,radiation power,catalyst dosage,molar ratio of phenol to alcohol on product yield was investigated.The reaction condition was optimized,and reusability of the catalyst was studied.The results show that the best reaction conditions are as follows:t =15 min,Pm =500 W,n(mellow)/n(phenol) = 1.2∶1,the catalyst dosage 0.3 g,under this condition,the product yield can reach to 81.5%.
