摘要
简要阐述了自主学习的概念及内涵,结合问卷调查,对比高中阶段学习特点,分析了大学新生的学习特征:学习目的的多样性、学习方法的自主性、学习方式的不适应性、学习态度的易变性,论述了影响大学生自主学习能力发展的因素;提出了从目标引导、方法要领、心理因素、环境创设、过程监控等方面培养大学新生自主学习能力的策略。
Based on the brief introduction to concept and connotation of autonomous learning and the questionnaire survey, this paper compares the learning characteristics in high school and analyzes the learning features of freshmen: diversity of learning purposes, autonomy of learning methods, unadapt ability of learning methods and flexibility of learning attitudes. This paper also discusses some factors affecting the development of freshmen's autonomous learning abilities. From such aspects as target leading, methods, psychological factors, environmental construction and process monitoring, this paper finally puts forward several countermeasures on how to develop freshmen's autonomous learning abilities.
