脂蛋白(a)检测在冠心病诊断中的应用价值被引量：2

摘要目的探讨脂蛋白(a)(Lp(a))检测在冠心病(CHD)诊断中的应用价值。方法采用胶乳浊度法测定116例CHD患者和95例正常对照组血清Lp(a)水平并进行比较。结果 CHD组患者的Lp(a)水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清Lp(a)与CHD有密切关系,可作为CHD一个有益的诊断和监测指标。
