硝化应激与高血压 被引量:1

摘要 多年来,在高血压的发病机制中氧化应激是国内外学者的研究热点。氧化应激时机体内可产生大量的活性氧(ROS)、过量的NO及其衍生的活性氮(RNS),通过蛋白质中的酪氨酸产生硝化作用,这种由NO或由NO衍生的活性氮族与活性氧族共同联合发生的生物化学反应称为硝化应激。
