摘要
以牡丹"凤丹"的花瓣为外植体,在优化植物生长调节剂的基础上,成功诱导出愈伤组织并实现植株再生,对愈伤组织诱导和分化的培养基类型、植物生长调节剂种类和浓度进行筛选,结果表明:不同的生长调节剂对愈伤组织诱导和分化的影响不同,愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基为MS+2,4-D 2.0mg.L-1+6-BA 1.5mg.L-1+NAA 0.3mg.L-1,愈伤组织分化的最佳培养基为:MS+ZT 0.5mg.L-1+6-BA 2.0mg.L-1,分化率达到59.0%。
The petals of Paeonia suffruticosa were used as explants in this experiment to examine the roles of plant hormones combinations for callus formation and shoot differentiation. The results showed that plant hormones exhibited different impacts on the callus induclion and shoot differentiation. The best plant hormone combinations for callus induction were MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg· L^-1 +6-BA 1.5 mg· L^-1 NAA 0.3 mg· L^-1 and MS+ZT 0.5 mg· L^-1 q-6-BA 2.0 mg· L^-1 was the best plant combination for callus differentiation,the rate of callus differentiation was 59.0%.
