居住区宜人景观空间尺度探析——以青岛鲁信长春花园为例

Pleasant Landscape Space Scale in the Residential Zone——A Case Study of Luxinchangchun Garden in Qingdao

研究居住区空间尺度形成的视觉要素和功能要素,从具体项目实例出发,以具体设计实践,结合空间尺度研究理论。通过实地考察、测量、调研,分析居住区各种休闲空间的布局尺度与空间利用率的关系、不同道路空间尺度舒适性营造、公共活动空间的尺度与空间容量的关系、水景空间的尺度与视觉感受等,探讨在居住区景观设计中的舒适、宜人、适用的空间营造尺度控制方法及数据,以期促进人性化社区景观营造。

The visual and functional elements were examined, which form the space scale in the residential area. Taking Luxinchangchu Garder in Qindao, Shandong Provence, China as example, with the combination of designing practice and space scale research theory, through on-the-spot investigation, measurement and survey, the relationship between the spatial arrangement scale and spatial utilization ratio of the recreational spaces in the residential zone, comfort constructing for different roads space scale, the relation ship between the communal activity space scale and space capacity, space scale and visual impression of the waterscape, the matching of environmental facilities scale with functions of use were investigated to probe into the disposal route for key nodal points in the space scale designing, and to improve the landscape construction for a humanistic community.
