摘要
碳硼烷由于其特殊的热稳定性和化学稳定性,在超分子化学,催化剂和药物先导等多领域已成为研究热点。近几年,碳硼烷从作为传统的硼中子俘获治疗(Boron Neutron Capture Therapy,BNCT)药物拓展到临床放射性分子成像和治疗,其在核医学领域的发展呈多样化的趋势。本文在简要介绍碳硼烷的合成和性质的基础上,对其在核医学领域的应用研究进展进行综述。
Because of their uniquely high thermal and chemical stabilities, carboranes have become a subject of study with high interest in the chemistry of supramolecules, catalysts and radiopharmaceuticals. In recent years, the role of carboranes in nuclear medicinal chemistry has been diversified, from the traditional use in boron neutron capture therapy (BNCT), to the clinical applications in molecular radioimaging and therapy. This paper provides an overview of the synthesis and characterization of carboranes and their applications in nuclear medicinal chemistry, with highlights of recent key advancements in the research areas of BNCT and radioimaging.
