摘要
报道了由Nd∶GGG晶体1062 nm和937 nm两条谱线腔内非线性和频产生的全固态连续498 nm青光激光器。当注入泵浦功率为18.2 W时,获得186 mW的TEM00连续498 nm青激光输出,光束质量因子M2=1.22,30 min功率不稳定度优于5%。
We report a coherent cyan radiation at 498 nm by intra-cavity sum-frequency generation of the 937 nm and 1062 nm laser-lines of the Nd:GGG crystal. With a diode pump power of 18.2 W, the maximum cyan output power of 186 mW is obtained. The beam quality factor M^2 is 1.22 in the horizontal plane. The output power stability over 30 min is better than 5%. To the best of our knowledge,this is the first work on intra-cavity sum-frequency generation of a diode pumped Nd:GGG laser at 498 nm.
