摘要
使用高温固相法以廉价的三氧化二铁为铁源制备磷酸铁锂。在700℃下采用三种不同的碳源制备磷酸铁锂,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)对产物进行研究,结果显示不同碳源包覆的产物其晶体结构也不相同,在700℃、10 h时其产物峰宽最窄、结晶度最好并与标准图谱的吻合程度最高。
The use of high-temperature solid-state method and with cheap iron oxide prepared lithium iron phosphate.Using three different carbon,sources synthesis lithium iron phosphate at 700 ℃.X-ray diffraction(XRD) study on product,the result showed that coated with different carbon sources is possess different structure of its product.The product be provided with narrowest peak width and the best crystallinity degree of fit with the highest standard pattern at 700 ℃,10 h.
