摘要
合成氨作为化工产业的支柱之一,合成氨系统的安全评价对于装置的稳定和安全运行具有十分重要的意义。文章运用层次分析法和可拓理论相结合的方法,建立了合成氨系统的安全评价的数学模型。最后,并对合成氨系统某一工段的安全状况进行分析,模型可以推广到其他化工系统的安全评价。
The ammonia synthesis system had been recognized ad the main process in chemical industry.It was meaningful to evaluate the safety of ammonia synthesis system for the stability and safety of the running devices.In the paper,the AHP and extension theory had been combined together to establish the safety assessment model.In the end,the safety of a workshop section in ammonia synthesis system had been studied,and the model can be popularized to the safety assessment of other chemical systems.
