化工专业生产实习教学中若干问题探析

Problems and Solutions in the Production Practice of Chemistry Engineering

化工专业的生产实习由于化工企业的高危险特殊性,决定了与其它工科专业的实习有所不同。文章就化工专业生产实习的现状,分析了在实际教学中存在的联系实习单位困难、实习经费紧张、学生的安全保障以及实习效果的考评等若干问题,结合多年的实习经验,提出了解决实习过程中所遇问题的办法和措施,以深化化工专业生产实习的教学改革。

The production practice of chemistry engineering majors is quite different from others because of its uniqueness of high risk.Based on the present situation of chemistry production practice of college students,the paper reported some problems such as place selection,recipient factories,funds,security guarantee and effect evaluation,and hereby,proposes the solutions and approaches to these problems in order to deepen the educational reforming of productions practice of chemistry engineering.
