从厂拌冷再生技术的施工流程出发,分析泡沫沥青与乳化沥青在冷再生工艺上的不同。由于乳化沥青混合料的养生速度不及泡沫沥青混合料,其压实厚度一般低于后者,通常不超过16cm,而后者可达20cm。此外,泡沫沥青混合料可采用分层施工的方法,泡沫沥青冷再生层的施工总厚度可达到25cm以上,而乳化沥青混合料一般不采用分层施工。乳化沥青冷再生层的养生时间一般长于后者,通常在施工后的4个星期内可取出完整芯样,而后者在施工后的2个星期内即可取出完整芯样。
Starting from the construction process of plant-mix cold recycling technology, the paper analyzes the difference of cold recycling technologies between foamed asphalt and emulsified asphalt. Because the cure speed of emulsified asphalt mixture is lower than foamed asphalt mixture, so the former's compacting thickness is lower than the latter, which is not thicker than 16cm, but the latter can reach 20cm. Moreover, the foamed asphalt mixture can be constructed layer by layer. The total thickness of foamed asphalt cold recycling layer can exceed 25cm. The emulsified asphalt mixture is not constructed layer by layer commonly. The cure time of emulsified asphalt cold recycling layer is longer than foamed asphalt mixture. The integrated core sample of the former can be broken out in 4 weeks after construction is completed, otherwise the time of the latter is in 2 weeks.
