摘要
橡胶沥青碎石封层具有延缓反射裂缝、加强层间结合、抗水损坏等作用。结合西安咸阳国际机场专用高速公路工程,确定了橡胶沥青碎石封层的设计参数;并结合剪切和拉拔试验,对其与SBS改性沥青、SBS改性乳化沥青、热沥青等不同沥青结合料碎石封层的综合性能进行了分析评价。结果表明橡胶沥青碎石封层的粘结性能、抗剪切性能良好。
Rubber gravel asphalt seal coat has the function of delaying crack reflection, enhancing the joint stress among layers, resisting water damage and so on. According to the special highway project of Xi＇an Xianyang International Airdrome, the design parameters of gravel asphalt rubber seal coat are determined. Combined with shear test and pull-out test, a comprehensive performance analysis and evaluation on different asphalt binder layer of gravel sear coat with SBS modified asphalt, SBS modified emulsified asphalt and hot asphalt is implemented. The results show that rubber gravel asphalt seal coat has good bonding property and good shear performance.
