摘要
工程材料供应商的选择直接影响到工程的质量和经济效益。运用价值工程理论的基本原理和方法,论述价值工程在工程材料供应商优选方案中的应用方法和基本步骤,并结合工程实例,对混凝土材料的供应商优选方案进行了算例研究。结果表明,运用价值工程理论的基本方法,通过功能评价、成本评价及价值评价系数的计算,能够为择优确定工程材料供应商提供科学合理的依据。
The choice of engineering materials suppliers can directly affect the engineering quality and economic efficiency. In this study, the basic principles and methods of Value Engineering theory is used to discuss the selection scheme of the engineering materials supplier. Combining with an engineering example, taking the suppliers of concrete material as the analysis object, the results show that by the calculation of the functional assessment, cost assessment and valuation coefficients, the use of the Value Engineering method can provide a scientific and rational basis for the choice of engineering materials suppliers.
