摘要
在整车开发过程中,车身是搭载所有零部件的载体,车身焊点质量直接影响着整车的寿命,所以焊点质量必须加以控制。在各个阶段焊点的控制方法各不相同,文章介绍了白车身的拆解、数模审核(SE)、焊接设备选型和采购以及夹具调试等阶段的焊点质量控制方法,为整车车身焊点质量控制方法提供了参考。如何科学有效地控制焊点质量值得进一步探讨和研究。
In the vehicle development process the body is the carrier with all parts. Welding spot quality directly affects the vehicle life. so tile qnality of sohter points must be controlled. The solder point control methods arc different from each other in various stages. The paper introduces the solder point quality control methods in the stage of body in white dismantling, simultaneous engineering, selection and purchase of welding equipment and fixture debugging. And it provides reference for solder point quality control methods of vehicle body. How to control solder point quality scientifically and effectively is worth diset, ssing and researching.
