汽车用PVC密封胶的研发

Development of PVC Sealant Used in Automobile

为了使汽车车身具有良好的密封性、防锈性、耐久性及装饰性,并达到减振的作用,利用胶粘剂表面粘涂法堵漏的办法安全方便、省时省力且质量可靠。文章介绍了用于汽车工业中最主要的PVC密封胶,即焊缝密封胶和防石击底涂的工艺及性能,讨论了这2种汽车胶的成分以及增粘剂、填料、增塑剂、PVC树脂、稀释剂及吸湿剂对整个体系性能的影响;分析了国内汽车用PVC密封胶的现状及存在的问题,提出了汽车用PVC密封胶的发展方向和趋势。

In order to make car body have good sealing performance, corrosion, durability and decoration, and achieve damping effect, using adhesive surface adhesive coating plugging approach is safe and convenient, time-saving and reliable. This paper intn）duces tile main PVC sealant used in automobile： seam sealant and chip-resistance bottom coating process and perfon^lance. It discussed the intluence of two automotive adhesive including pro,notion agent, filler, plasticizer, PVC resin, diluent, hygroscopic agent to the whole system performance. The status and existed problem of PVC sealant used in automobile in domestic is analyzed. The development direction and trend of PVC sealant used in automobile is put forward.
