摘要
以某型航空发动机高、低压涡轮机匣选材为例,对温度、强度和寿命进行了计算分析,并结合生产成本、材料供应状况和工艺成熟度,提供了涡轮机匣材料选择的方法。分析结果表明:GH4169合金比较适合作为航空发动机涡轮机匣材料。
Take material selection of an aeroengine high and low pressure turbine casing as an example,the temperature,strength and life of the frame with different materials were calculated and analyzed.The advice of material selection for the turbine casing were proposed with the manufacture cost,material source and TRL.The results show that GH4169 alloy is more suitable for aeroengine turbine casing.
