马齿苋化学成分研究

Study on chemical constituents of Portulaca oleracea L.

利用硅胶柱色谱和HPLC对马齿苋全草的正己烷萃取物进行分离纯化,经理化性质和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定,得到6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1)、亚油酸三甘油酯(2)、黑麦草素(3)、正二十六烷醇(4)、α-棕榈酸单甘油酯(5)、β-谷甾醇葡萄糖苷(6)。其中化合物3为首次从该植物中分离得到。

The hexane extractive from portulaca oleracea L.. were isolated by column chromatography and HPLC. By spectral properties and the literatures of their structures 6 compounds were identified as β-sitosterol （1）, linoleic acid glycerol ester（2）, DL-epiloliolide（3）, ceryl alcohol（4）, α-palm acid monoglyeeride （5）, β-sitosterol-glucopyranoside（6）. The compound 3 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
