Enlightenment Gained from Experience of the Mass Work during the Period of the Central Soviet Area

中央苏区时期,党为了赢得人民群众的拥护和爱戴,确保苏维埃革命的开展,做了大量卓有成效的群众工作,如大力发展经济、强化党员干部的群众意识、推进民主政治建设、建立廉洁政府等。这些成功的工作经验对于我国现阶段群众工作的开展具有极为重要的启示:一是要把脱离群众上升到关系党的生死存亡的高度来认识;二是群众工作必须和民生问题结合起来;三是要着力完善维护群众根本利益的制度体系;四是要切实把反腐败作为赢得群众信任的根本举措。

During the period of the central soriet area,the Party scored lots of achievements in the mass work such as deweloping economy,raising Party members＇ awareness of the masses,adopting democratic politics,and setting up an incorrupt government.This experience has great enlightenment significance for today＇s mass work.First,we must understand that divorce ourselves from the masses bears on the Party＇s very survival.Second,the mass work must be integrated with people＇s lifelyhood.Third,efforts must be made to improve the system for safeguarding people＇s fundamental interdsts.Fourth,combating corruption must be considerd a basic measure to enjoy the trust from the masses.
