摘要
近年来,由于我国师范院校综合化发展,师范毕业生的班主任工作能力培养普遍被忽视,主要表现为班主任课程及工作能力训练没有列入教学计划。师范院校只有把包括班主任工作能力培养在内的教师职业能力培养列入课程计划,建立具有师范特色的课程体系和实践体系,才能培养合格的中小学教师。
In recent years due to the comprehensive development of normal universities the training of the ability of the class teacher is greatly ignored,which leads to the gradual decline of the ability of their graduates..As a result of generalization of the course,course for class teacher is excluded beyond the school syllabus.As the teaching practice is just a form,the service ability of the class teacher doesn't actualize.Only the professional ability is included in the syllabus to establish course system and practice system with normal characteristics,can the normal universities produce the qualified teachers for primary and middle schools.
