P波离散度与房性心律失常的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨P波离散度(Pd)房性心律失常的关系。方法:以40例阵发性(含特发现性)房颤患者为观察1组,40例频发房早伴或不伴短阵房性心动过速患者为观察2组,以40例健康体检者为对照组,测量三组的同步12导联常规心电图上P波最大时间(Pmax)、P波离散度,测量结果进行对比分析。结果:观察1组和观察2组Pmax、Pd明显大于对照组(P<0.05),Pd≥40ms时心律失常的发生率明显增高。结论:体表心电图P波离散度是预测房性心律失常的有效指标.
