摘要
九零后大学生自我管理能力的缺失可以归纳为:认知管理、学习管理、控制管理、激励管理、心理管理、时间管理和金钱管理等七个方面,如何增强九零后大学生自我管理能力,可以从三个方面着手:构筑一个系统——构筑九零后大学生自我管理警戒系统;推进两个建设——推进九零后大学生自我管理体系建设和自我管理环境建设;加强三个教育——加强九零后大学生自我修养教育、心理健康教育和社会实践教育。
Starting with the connotation of college students'self-manage,this paper states the current situation of the self-manage ability shortage in post-90s college students from 10 aspects:personality management,recognition management, study management, control management, encouragement management, skill management, body management, mentality management, time management and money management.Based on this situation,this paper discusses how to strengthen the self-manage ability in post-90s college students,which includes:to construct one system--the warning system of self-management;to propel two develop- ments--the development of self-management system and the development of self-management environment; to strengthen three e- ducations-the education of self-discipline,mental health and social practice.
