摘要
目的探讨高龄急性胆囊炎患者腹腔镜胆囊手术的护理方法。方法回顾并总结2009年1月至2010年9月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院微创胆道外科58例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的高龄(≥70岁)急性胆囊炎患者的临床资料。结果 58例患者中,除2例患者因病情严重术中中转开腹外,其他患者均顺利完成腹腔镜胆囊切除手术。结论术前的充分准备和术后精心的护理,是高龄急性胆囊炎患者顺利行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的重要保证。
Objective To discuss the nursing experience for laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC） on senile patients（≥70 years） with acute cholecystitis（SAC）. Methods The clinical data of 58 SAC patients with I.C in the hospital from January 2009 to September 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results of 58 SAC patients, 2 were converted to laparotomy during LC because of serious conditions,and the others were cured by I.C after pereoperative treatment and nursing. Conclusion Successful LC on senile SAC patients is guareented by adequate preoperative preparation and perioperative nursing.
