新形势下的员工建言感知对组织承诺的影响——基于交换理论视角的分析

摘要
近年来,大批的"90后"员工从学校毕业,进入企业。因为"90后"员工所具有的一些特点,使得企业的员工管理出现了新的形势。通过使用交换理论,本文分析了这一新形势下的员工对建言水平的感知与组织承诺之间的关系。
