摘要
播音与主持艺术专业教育在我国方兴未艾,然而其培养模式却乏善可陈,人才培养的"千人一面"现象也日益凸显。该专业办学面临哪些挑战?核心问题是什么?发展思路又有哪些?本文将就我国播音与主持艺术专业人才培养模式进行梳理并探求其发展趋势。
Broadcasting and hosting education has developed rapidly in China. However, training mode is very monotonous. The ＂homogenization＂ phenomenon in training artistic talents has become increasingly remarkable with the rush of university education development in a big way. What are the challenges？ What is the core issue？ What are the ideas about its development？ This article will sort out these and try to explore the possibility of advancing the training of talents in broadcasting and hosting arts.
