摘要
随着企业网络在现代经济中的作用日益增强,企业之间的研发与生产合作日趋频繁。以往的研究或者专注于企业之间的研发合作,或者专注于生产合作。然而,研发与生产是价值链上两个相邻的重要环节,涉及这两个环节的合作决策必然存在着诸多联系。因此,本文在对研发合作与生产合作影响因素分别进行归纳整理的基础上,尝试建立企业研发与生产合作影响因素的整合性分析框架,并通过该分析框架对手机行业的若干典型案例进行了对比分析以验证该分析框架的有效性。
With the increasing importance of inter-firm networks in modern economies,cooperation of RD and production between firms has become more and more frequent.Previous research studies RD cooperation or production cooperation separately.However,since RD and production are two adjacent activities in value chains,RD and production cooperation decisions must have certain correlations.This paper summarizes determinant factors of both RD cooperation and production cooperation through literature review,and then establishes an integrated analytic framework for cooperation decisions.The framework is applied to analyze some typical cases in the mobile phone manufacturing industry to test its validity.
