摘要
从积极心理学这一新的理论视角出发,以SPARK课程为例,从愉快、充实和有意义三个理念维度阐述其对体育教学积极的指导作用。最后提出积极心理学能从理论和实践层面研究学校体育在促进学生心理健康发展方面和师生良好关系建立方面的作用。
Viewed from the active psychology study and SPARK course,the paper discusses the guiding role of the active psychology study to the sports teaching from the perspectives of happiness,enriching and significance.The paper proposes that the active psychology study can improve the psychological development of the students and the relationship between the teachers and students.
