摘要
当前大学体育教育中存在知行脱节、主客观评价矛盾等问题。在大学体育教育中通过优化教学过程,提高课堂教学效率,整合学校体育资源,完善体育教育评价,实施"知信行"行为干预理论,对实现"培养大学生终身体育意识"的大学体育教育核心目标有着重要作用,也是增强大学体育教育实效的有效途径。
The current sports education has the problems of dislocation between knowledge and practice and contradiction between subjective and objective assessment.The paper proposes to optimize the teaching process,improve the teaching efficiency,integrate the school sports resources,improve the sports teaching assessment and carry out the behavioral intervention theory of knowledge,faithfulness and practice to realize the life-long sports awareness of the university students.
