随着通信行业的快速发展以及行业竞争加剧,引进合格的、优秀的专业人才成为各公司的重要工作之一。但是,由于行业和专业的特殊性,通信系统运行管理专业尚未建立教学知识库,教师授课没有统一要求和标准,学生自主学习缺乏相应的渠道。文章具体分析了通信系统运行管理专业与通信行业之间的关系,阐述了社会各界在通信系统运行管理专业建设上存在的问题,论证建立专业知识库的作用,帮助同行认识建立通信系统运行管理专业教学知识库的重要性和紧迫性。

With the rapid development of the telecommunications industry and the intense competition, the introduction of qualified and professional personnel has become one of the most important tasks of each company. But, because of the particularity of the industry and specialty, the communication operation specialty has not been set up the teaching knowledge base. The teachers don＇t have the united requirements and standards for their teaching and the students＂ self-study is lack of corresponding channels. This paper analyses the relationship between the communication operation specialty and the communication industry, expounds the existing problems in the communication operation specialty construction. The paper discusses the function of establishing professional knowledge base and helps the other teachers to realize the importance and urgency of establishing the knowledge base.
