摘要
目的研究血清乳铁蛋白(LF)水平变化及其与儿童变应性鼻炎(AR)的相关性。方法对102例临床诊断为AR的儿童和35例健康儿童分为AR组(轻度间歇组、轻度持续组、中-重度间歇组、中-重度持续组,分别为30例、28例、23例、21例)和对照组,分别采集静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定LF和白介素-5(IL-5)水平。结果 AR各组患者血清LF水平均明显低于对照组,IL-5水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(q分别=2.52、3.14、3.22、3.37;3.58、3.73、3.88、3.97,P均<0.05);轻度持续AR组、中-重度间歇AR组和中-重度持续AR组血清LF水平均明显低于轻度间歇AR组,IL-5水平均明显高于轻度间歇AR组,差异均有统计学意义(q分别=3.13、3.52、3.67;3.82、3.95、4.32,P均<0.05);中-重度间歇AR组和中-重度持续AR组血清LF水平均明显低于轻度持续AR组,IL-5水平均明显高于轻度持续AR组,差异均有统计学意义(q分别=3.83、4.11;4.27、4.54,P均<0.05);中-重度持续AR组血清LF水平明显低于中-重度间歇AR组,IL-5水平明显高于中-重度间歇AR组,差异均有统计学意义(q分别=4.32、4.78,P均<0.05)。Sperman相关分析提示静脉血LF水平与IL-5水平呈负相关(r=-0.58,P<0.05)。结论 LF水平下降,可能在儿童变应性鼻炎的发病中起一定作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum lactoferrin(LF) and children allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods Serum LF protein and IL-5 were examined by ELISA in 102 AR children(30 mild intermittent,28 mild persistent,23 moderate-severe intermittent,21 moderate-severe persistent) and 35 controls.Results Serum LF level in AR groups were significantly lower than that in the control group(q=2.52,3.14,3.22,3.37,P0.05),IL-5 level in AR groups were significantly higher than that in the control group(q=3.58,3.73,3.88,3.97,P0.05);Serum LF level in mild persistent,moderate-severe intermittent and moderate-severe persistent AR groups were significantly lower than that in the mild intermittent AR groups(q=3.13,3.52,3.67,P0.05),Serum IL-5 level in mild persistent,moderate-severe intermittent and moderate-severe persistent AR groups were significantly higher than that in the mild intermittent AR groups(q=3.82,3.95,4.32,P0.05);Serum LF level in the moderate-severe intermittent and moderate-severe persistent AR groups were significantly lower than that in the mild persistent AR groups(q=3.83,4.11,P0.05),Serum IL-5 level in moderate-severe intermittent and moderate-severe persistent AR groups were significantly higher than that in the mild persistent AR groups(q=4.27,4.54,P0.05);Serum LF level in moderate-severe persistent AR groups were significantly lower than that in the moderate-severe intermittent AR groups(q=4.32,P0.05),Serum IL-5 level in moderate-severe persistent AR groups were significantly higher than that in the moderate-severe intermittent AR groups(q=4.78,P0.05);there was a negative correlation between the level of serum LF and IL-5(r=-0.58,P0.05).Conclusions The decreased level of LF may be plays a role in the pathogenesis of AR.
