扫描数字化仪系统的开发

摘要 首次引入用扫描数字化仪输入服装样板的方法,该方法在概念、原理、技术等方面都具有创新性,为服装样板数字化输入系统的软硬件技术发展提供了一个新的方向。运用档比放码,弥补了传统等差放缩的不足,以胸腰比为特征代替传统体系中以胸腰差为特征,从而保证纸样各部位比值不变,使服装号型系列更趋于合理。 We bring in the method of inputting the clothing pattern by using scanning digitizing system for the first time. This method is innovative in concept, theory, technology and other sides. It provides a new direction for the hardware and software technology of garment pattern digitizing input system. Meanwhile, we also adopt the principles of scale difference grading to grade the pattern, which makes up for the deficiency of traditional arithmetical grading. We use the character system of ratio between chest and waist instead of difference, thus it guarantees the ratio of each part of the pattern unchanged and makes the garment size series more reasonable.
