We describe a detailed design process of DC/DC power mOdule based on UC3843 control. We focus on a wide range input （9 - 48V） power module design, introduce commonly used design of the external circuit parameters on DC/DC power modules UC3843 chips in detail, and provide the design process of module power transformer as well as a variety of issues that should be met in the performance indicators.
