摘要
目的高效液相色谱法测定复方青黛胶囊中欧前胡素的含量.方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱;流动相:甲醇-水(60∶40),检测波长为300 nm;流速为1.0 mL爛min-1.结果欧前胡素线性范围5.18～51.75μg爛mL-1,平均回收率为99.99%,RSD=0.04%.结论该方法简便准确,能有效控制复方青黛胶囊的质量.
Objective To determine the content of imperatorin in Compound Qingdai Capsule by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out on Kromsil C18 column. The mobile phase was methanol -water （ 60：40 ） , the/low rate was 1.0 mL ·min^- 1 and the detection wavelength was 300 nm. Results The linear range of imperatorin was 5.18 - 51.75 μg · mL^-1. The average recovery was 99.99% and the RSD was 0.04%. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate, and it can be used for the control of Compound Qingdai Capsule.
