摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定木香大安颗粒中橙皮苷的含量.方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-6.0%醋酸溶液(79∶21),检测波长283 nm,流速1.0 mL爛min-1,柱温30℃.结果橙皮苷进样量在0.036 3~2.321 9 ug(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,样品平均回收率为98.89%,RSD为1.10%.结论本方法简便、准确、分离度好、重现性高,可作为木香大安颗粒的质量控制方法.
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Muxiang Daan Granules. Methods RP - HPLC was adopted with C18 column,the mobile phrase was acetonitrile - 6.0% acetic acid ( 79:21 ) , the detection wavelength was 283 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL min - 1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The sample of hesperidin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.036 3× 2. 321 9 μg ( r = 0. 999 9 ) . The average recovery was 98. 89% and the RSD was 1.10%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate, of high resolution and good reproducibility, and it can be used for the quality control of Muxiang Daan Granules.
