摘要
农家乐是一种新兴的旅游休闲形式,是近郊农民因地制宜建设的某种可以满足城市人回归自然、放松身心、愉悦精神,脱离城市病的一种新兴休闲旅游方式。农家乐经济是指以农家乐的形态为基础产生的多形式经济交往或交易。农家乐以其多种形态影响着或改变着城乡人民的生活。了解、把握农家乐经济的发展趋势以及城市人群对农家乐的消费心理,对提高农村生活水平和提升城市消费多元化有着积极的现实意义。
The farmhouse restaurants have integrated into the urban life, influencing or changing subconsciously the walks of people in all kinds of ways, especially, at the weekends. So to know the economic developing trend of farmhouse restaurants, thus to improve their growth reasonably plays a positive role to upgrade the living standards of rural areas and promote the urban consumption. The business model of farmhouse restaurants in suburb of Xi'an has developed in a reasonable unity with effective mechanism in which government is the leader, villages are organization, individual farmers are runners and the urban crowd are guests.
