一句话营销功能在贵州移动业务支撑系统的实现

摘要 随着移动通信的日益普及,新客户增长势头日渐乏力,与此同时,电信行业竞争日趋激烈,如何维系存量客户,并向其推荐最适合自己的资费或新业务,是摆在运营商面前亟待解决的问题。本文以在贵州移动业务支撑系统中实现一句话营销过程中所采取的方式进行阐述和说明,提出一种在实际应用中已得到验证并稳定运行的解决方案,使业务推荐形成闭环处理流程,同时便于业务部门从全局角度加强对业务推荐的管控,并对系统建设起到积极的促进作用。 With the popularity of mobile communication day by day, the growing trends of new customer is not so strong. Meanwhile, the intense competition between Mobile communication and Telecom is more and more fierce. It is an imperative problem to maintain the present customers and recommend customers with new suitable tariff and new business. The paper expounds and illustrates how to realize the means which is adopted in one-word marketing in Guizhou Mobile business supporting system. All these steps will end to form a closed loop flow. For business sector's global perspective, it is easier to strengthen the control of business recommendation, and it performs an active promotional function on system establishment.
