把建筑设计的视野放大，从规划背景和目标、形态布局、城市规划、功能规划、交通规划、市政规划等几个方面对该设计进计分析和阐述，展示一个未来CBD发展的模型。

This project essay had been finished for the further design of Barangaroo Concept Plan proposed in my former studio group. The version of this concept plan is a combination of predominant residential development with global tourist attraction and commercial floor space. The residential development is being thought to transfer residents to central area of Sydney, so that the activeness and mix of population with central area can be improved. And the proportion of commercial floor development is being thought to enhance the growth and availability of commercial floor space in the CBD, to augment Sydney＇s CBD as a premier commercial centre in the Asia Pacific Region. And meanwhile, this concept plan would response to Darling Harbor and Wash Bay redevelopment to complement continuity of Sydney＇s waterfront life, providing destination of activity for tourists and Sydney＇s citizen.
