广东省机电出口企业遭遇技术性贸易措施研究

近年来,国际经济一体化的发展和贸易自由化趋势的发展以及中国入世后国门开放进程不断加快,而许多发达国家以颁布技术法规,推行技术标准,实施认证制度和检验制度等技术性措施来构筑贸易壁垒的趋势日益突出。本文对近年来广东省机电企业所遭遇的技术性贸易措施进行研究,分析了其中的原因及其影响,并提出了广东机电行业应对技术性贸易措施的建议与对策。

In recent years, as international economic integration and trade liberalization develops, China＇ s opening to the outside world is also going to a deeper extent since its entry into WTO. In this particular environment, many developed countries build up the technical measures to trade, including promulgating technical regulations, carry out technical standards and implementing authentication system and inspection system etc. This paper looks into the technical barriers to trade that the electrical and electronic enterprises of Guangdong Province encountered during the recent years, and analyzes its causes and influence finally puts forward to some suggestions and countermeasures for Guangdong electromechanical industry to better code with the technical barriers to trade
