彩色多普勒超声在睾丸扭转诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging in Diagnosis of Testicular Torsion

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对睾丸扭转的诊断及临床意义。方法回顾性分析32例经手术证实的睾丸扭转患者的彩色多普勒超声表现。结果患侧睾丸内血流减少及阻力指数增高是诊断早期睾丸扭转的敏感指标,病变侧睾丸内血流消失是诊断睾丸扭转的可靠指标。结论彩色多普勒超声能早期、较准确地检查出睾丸扭转,而且检查方便,费用低,对于睾丸扭转具有肯定的诊断价值。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） for diagnosis of testicular torsion and its clinical significance. Methods 32 cases of testicular torsion confirmed through surgery were retrospectively analyzed for CDFI performance. Results Reduction of blood supply with high resistance index （RI） in early diagnosis of testicular torsion is sensitive index, disappearance of blood supply in diagnosis of testicula torsion is reliable index. Conclusions CDFI can be used to early and exactly detect the testicula torsion with convenience and low expense, which is the first selection of examining testicula torsion.
